Job description
We are seeking a Guest Services Team Member to become a part of our team! Our goal is to give our guests the best experience possible!
Responsibilities:
- Make reservations and check-in guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Friendly and patient with guests
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
